This Sweet Face

Tonight I sat down and watched our video from the 3D/4D ultrasound, and it was just so sweet to relive it all. I am so in love with that sweet face and all of his little movements. So many friends are having their babies over the last few months, and I am so excited to know our time is coming. I definitely don't want to rush this pregnancy, I want to soak it up and enjoy each minute, but man are we super excited to meet Lucas! He is already loved so dearly by so many, including his mommy and daddy!

We have a few baby showers coming up in the next months and I am super excited!! I think I have some dresses to wear for the showers :) and for our maternity photos!! All these little expenses are adding up quickly, but I know God will continue to provide for us. 

I am excited for the next chapter in our lives, but definitely enjoying this time, too!! Tomorrow I will be 32 weeks, it's crazy to think that we just announced in May!! I love feeling and seeing him move, although at times it's a little uncomfortable, but well worth it!! 

I am still sleeping well at night, except to wake up and go to the bathroom, I am able to get back to sleep quickly...I hope this trend continues, as I do feel myself get more tired throughout the day. I am glad to be experiencing this time with my 3rd graders though because they are excited, too!! 

I am thankful for all of God's blessings, especially Lucas. 

We pray for him daily! We pray we will have a safe and healthy delivery and baby boy!! 

Here's a look at 32 weeks

3D/4D UltraSound at 31 Weeks

Today we are another week closer to meeting our little man. We got a real look at him today with a 3D/4D Ultrasound. It was my birthday present from Andrew. We were able to have family members be a part of it all. I'm glad Daddy, Ms. Mindy, Mama, and Mr. Eddie were able to come today!! Here's a look at 31 weeks and a look at Lucas. It sure was a sweet experience. It brought tears to my eyes and it was so exciting to get another look at our little boy. He currently weighs about 4 lbs and I am measuring on time!

31 Weeks

I can't believe that in 2 months or so we get to meet our little man. We love him so much already, and we can't wait share that love with him! 

27 Years Young

I am so blessed and excited to see 27 years :) God has truly blessed me and I am so thankful for his many blessings !!!

I have a great new team at school, who helped me celebrate with one of my most favorite treats---ever!! a cupcake from Cupcake!!! We tried a new one--The Candy Bar!! YUMMO!!!

In addition to this, my parents sang Happy Birthday to me, a tradition that I WILL NEVER GET TIRED OF, so THANK YOU!! 

And then, Andrew and I went to Bonefish Grill tonight, one of my faves, plus cards from so many family members and friends--thank you!!! I love each of you!!!

Then to wrap up my day, my Grandma and Grandpa called me and sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me, from their house. I am so THANKFUL for God's many blessings, especially for helping my grandma recover and come home today--this news and phone call was LITERALLY the BEST present I've ever received!! I could NOT be more blessed, and I OWE IT ALL TO GOD!!! 

After dinner, Andrew and I went to a few shops, one being La Bag Lady and I bought a couple of things I've wanted, but refused to buy...a Vera Bradley lanyard and lunchbox---I took a tiny bit of my birthday money and spent it on me.  (Plus I got a birthday discount that saved me some $$$) 

I am excited to say that my birthday celebrations are not over....this weekend we are going to the USC/Vandy game with Daddy and Ms. Mindy!! Lucas is SUPER excited to go to his first game :)

Then on Sunday, we are going to Augusta to visit and celebrate with Mama, Mr. Eddie, my Grannie & Papa, Aunt Kim, Cole, and Tim!!! I can't wait!! Then we are going to visit my Grandma and Grandpa--it's going to be the best weekend ever!!! 

And then NEXT weekend, I'll get my birthday present from Andrew...we are going to WeeSee for 3D/4D ultrasound to see Mr. Lucas :) and I'll get a special visit with my cousin Amy...I cannot wait for all the upcoming week holds!! 

27 has to be the BEST birthday ever and I cannot wait to see what God has in store for our future!! I love each of you and I am so thankful for this day and each of you :) 

29 Weeks

Here we are...29 weeks in and only 11 to go!!

We get to see him again in 2 weeks...and actually in 3D and 4D---I am SUPER excited :)

A day trip to Charleston with Mama and Mr. Eddie!! Lots of fun and goodies found (mostly for Lucas LOL)
