Goals

I think my plan is to make small goals for myself each month.

I think for January my goal is going to be: no fried foods

I think for February my goal is going to be: running 10+ miles a week

I think for March my goal is going to be: no sweets

I may change these as I go on...but just some ideas. I like the idea of small goals. My other on-going goal is to hopefully run 1 5K a month!
