This is officially my least favorite time of year...yes, tons of people don't like it when summer ends, but teachers REALLY don't like when the summer comes to an end. And for us, summer ends EVEN earlier. This year it's a lot harder having Lucas...it's harder to start thinking about school and it's even harder to think about saying good bye to my baby boy each day. I know he's in great hands, but it's going to be a hard transition for mommy.
Over the past few days, I've snuggled with him a little longer and held him in times when normally I'd just lay him down. I know it's going to be hard, but I'm going to do my best to put on a brave face and get back to school.
